A sweet short train journey

Travelling in a local Mumbai train may not be luxurious as commuting in a costly car, but it has a feeling of its own with exclusive memories of simplicity and one among the crowd.

Well Priyanka Chopra never got a chance to mingle with the crowd and will never take the plunge as she knows the consequences.

But she got the rare opportunity to enjoy a train ride without anyone troubling and minus the starring faces.

This is how it took place.

The train was empty as it was hired by the producers of the forthcoming film 'Kaminay' for shooting some scenes.

The scenes to be canned inside the moving train got wrapped up by quarter past six at Goregaon.

The shoot was over but not Priyanka's engagements.

She had to reach Churchgate by eight to attend an award function and filmmakers as well the actress knew that she will not make it on time due to the roads chocked by the vehicles at the peak rush hours.

And the solution lied in using the train as there was plenty of time left due to the locomotive being hired for a whole day.

Thanks to the local train.

The otherwise impossible mission became a cakewalk.

The train took Priyanka and her personal staff till Churchgate and she reached her destination much before the starting time of the award ceremony.

Well, being a star is not an ordinary thing.
